As the co-founder of Studios Nimar, I’ve combined my love for creativity and problem-solving to help real estate professionals transform the way they present properties. My involvement in real estate extends beyond Studios Nimar, as I’m also actively working on property acquisitions, blending strategic thinking with hands-on experience.

I am born and based in Saint-Denis-de-Brompton, Québec. I started in Natural Sciences at the Seminaire College and now study Business Administration at the University of Sherbrooke to sharpen how I operate and grow as an entrepreneur.
I’m passionate about real estate and photography. That drive led me to co-build Studios Nimar with Noah, where I focus on showcasing properties in their best light. I’m also a building owner: through my company, LEVELO Société Immobilière, I manage 38 units across 6 buildings, investing in smart upgrades, better tenant experiences, and long-term value.
On the personal side, I keep things simple and consistent. Efficiency, discipline, and ambition push me forward; respect, empathy, and gratitude keep me grounded. That balance guides how I build. One project, one relationship, one better property at a time.
